Birds and boys

karnerblueBaked chicken is good. There are few better home-cooked meals in this house than a whole chicken stuffed with garlic and onions and roasted all day on low heat.
I need pictures of tonight's QE. I always get impatient on Tuesday nights, 'cause I always have icon ideas, but I can't make icons without pictures, and I won't have pictures until other people make screen caps and put them up, hopefully tomorrow. I wish I had cap ability so I didn't have to wait.
Sam Spector is way cute. I'm glad they have Kyan, of course, but I wish we could see more of Sam. I'd love it if they used him in QEFTSGirl. Of the three who didn't make it past the pilot, Sam's the only one who I think could work -- he just needed a little time to adapt, time to learn more about what he needed to do to come across on TV and to get comfortable with it, 'cause he seemed to have an easygoing wit like the Fab 5, it's just that he was a lot like they were in the first few episodes, not quite comfortable enough to be totally relaxed and go with it yet. And did I mention he's cute? He looks a lot like Nick Swardson, and he sounds a lot like Nick Swardson when he does his grandma impression, the more soft-toned voice he takes on for that.
