Too much time on my hands
Mar. 22nd, 2008 09:54 pmTomorrow is Easter, and I have no plans. None at all. None Monday, either. And everything's closed tomorrow, 'cause it's Easter. I have two whole days of nothing at all going on, and tomorrow, there's not even much I can do, 'cause everything's closed.
I haven't found myself with a day this empty in a long time, let alone two of them.
I don't really need to buy anything, anyway, so I shouldn't really go shopping Monday. Everybody I know is busy or likely to be busy (especially 'cause it's, y'know, Easter, and all, and then a Monday, when most people work).
The laundry's caught up. The bills are paid up. I'm in mid-transaction with all of my BPAL swaps and eBay sales, so I don't need to go to the post office yet.
I often find myself wishing I had more time, more hours in the day, more days in the week, so I could accomplish things, get errands done or do miscellaneous things like play a certain video game or go back to an old hobby for a little bit. But now is not one of those times, of course.
On the up side, I went back and dabbled with Brain Age 2 today and was excited to find that there's a Dr. Mario variant included in there. Thrilling, I know.
