I'm not dead yet... I think I might pull through

So yeah, here I am, awake and home and with a few minutes to spare again. Saturday, I went to bed right after I got home. Sunday, I got up at 5:30 A.M. in the morning (caps and redundancy done for effect) to go to the fair. As usual, it was mostly good times. It was also a bit of an adventure, 'cause my dad wanted to see Cyndi Lauper, so we staked out seats for like 2-3 hours, and I ended up inches from heat stroke -- I felt like I was gonna throw up, pass out, or maybe both, so my dad ran to get bottles of water for me to drink and pour over my head and soak napkins to put on my head and back, and eventually, I came back to OK-ness again. To top it off, after all of that, the show wasn't all that great. We didn't even stay for the whole thing, 'cause she was kind of a dick to the troopers who were watching the crowd and she told the people in the aisles to stand up and block the view of all of the people who had been staking out seats for three hours. At least it was an adventure, what with the heat stroke thing.

We had all of the good foods... as usual, it was a nonstop food fest. I brought home some cheese curd, too, 'cause it's never as good here in the store as it is there.

I burnt the shit out of the whole head, both the top and my face. A couple other parts got a little toasted, too, but I did put on sunblock before I left the house, and that seemed to have helped a bit.

And now, the cat is totally sucking up to me, probably 'cause he hasn't been able to see me in like two days. :-D
