Anyone dressing up tomorrow (technically today)?
I'm debating what to wear. On one hand, I have to work, and I can't go out after, 'cause I have to get home to start my NaNoNovel. On the other, I haven't dressed up in a while, and it might be fun to put together a neat outfit (or at least a black one).
Actually, I was just reading
arrewen's LJ, and I got to thinking that dressing up as one of the Fab 5 would be pretty neat -- just wear a dark/black suit and shades and carry an object for who you're dressed as (paintbrush for Thom, blowdryer for Kyan, whisk for Ted, headphones for Jai, shopping bag for Carson). Unfortunately, I don't have a suit, and I'm pretty sure my dad's stuff wouldn't fit me. Then again, nobody at work would know who I was, anyway, 'cause they're not cool like that.
What, then? I could put on a dress and be a teacher or a socialite (depending on which dress), but then again, I'd have to wear stockings (and maybe makeup) for that, ech. I could go in pajamas and be a baby/child, but I'm thinking they wouldn't appreciate me wearing that to work, holiday or not.
** pauses to eye dad's suitjackets... nah, they'd never fit, and they'd look silly on me, anyway ***

Darnit. I wonder how warm it's supposed to be tomorrow? If it's really warm, I could do all black with my metal-accent sleeveless top and do a sort of rebel-punk look. Somehow, though, I don't think it'll be that warm, even though it was awfully nice today.
I'll probably just wear normal stuff. Too bad I didn't think of the Fab 5 idea sooner, though -- I might've gone to Halloween Hall and seen if I could've gotten a tuxedo or something, some sort of appropriate outfit that would fit me. Ah, well. Perhaps next year.
